Thanks for that Connie. And I'm pleased to hear from many people that they are on the second or third read. I've not heard that about many other books, but this one is presenting a very important message that needs to be heard and understood "before" engaging any process.
I'm excited about what all of you are doing at the County level. Even Shaeffer Cox, of Alaska, is making quite an impact.
You are on the right track. It does, very much so, all start at the County Level. The Sheriff (Shire Reef) of a County (Shire) is the highest Executive Deputy Seat of Government within the Nation known as the United States of America (not the president who sits in Washington D.C.). In fact, they should be known as the United Natural Republican States of America - since, as per the framework of government created by the American Founding Fathers, each one of us is a Republican State (individually and united). [I say 'us' because it applies to everyone in the world] And the very first tier of government, after the Family, is the County. This is part of what "Republican in Form" means (which very few people currently understand since it was never taught in any schools) and is what puts each State within the Union on an equal footing.
I hope former Graham County, Arizona sheriff Richard Mack will be instrumental in getting more of us onto the same page on this. Do any of you know him personally? I'd love to be formally introduced.
However, there are four things that concern me about anyone's actions at this time.
1. Many people are still promoting the U.S. constitution as being the "Holy Grail" platform from which they are operating. It's a fraudulent document that establishes a corporation and is not what the American Founding Fathers originally created. It is not the required "Republican in Form" document that it should be. I believe the book covers this sufficiently enough.
2. Some people are going forward with the understanding that they have "authority" to "engage" an actual structure within a County/Shire without first guaranteeing full dissemination of that plan into that County/Shire and gaining general consensus within that County/Shire to implement a new system of self governance. I caution everyone concerning the difference between "preparing" and "engaging" when introducing a new form of government within a County/Shire (even if it is resurrecting a long-forgotten one). A group of people, no matter how large, actually "engaging" what they believe to be a proper form of government within a County/Shire, without gaining that general acceptance first, is going to lead to conflict and failure at some point. The initial guidelines for establishing "acceptance" are laid out in the United People's Global Call for Collaboration - available on
http://www.upworldgov.org. It all starts with the People's Referendum - just like the People of the Byron Shire, NSW Australia have initiated on
http://www.willofthepeopleproject.net.
3. No other organization that I know of has in place a decision-making method in which all members of the community are guaranteed a voice in any decisions about the County's/Shire's commons - especially what new system of self governance is being set up. This is the purpose of the on-line decision-making system provided at
http://www.upworldgov.org. Yes, there is a traditional place within a proper "Republican in Form" government for the Deputies to function: Deputy Executive Seat, Deputy Judicial Seats (which include members of the fully informed and independent Jury), Deputy Legislative Seats, and Deputy Governed Seats; but today technology has enabled the People to utilize the Internet and expand our Deputy Governed Seats to much more than voting every four years or so. We now have the ability to organize and make decisions as they are needed and when they are needed - as frequently as we desire them to be made. We are the Sovereigns - whom must hold our highest Executive Deputy Seat of Government (County/Shire Sheriff) accountable, and we must remember that we always need to think and act like Sovereigns - keeping in line with technology in order to fully exercise our authority when, where and what level necessary.
4. Promoting the age-old top-down method of "follow me" or "follow us" scenario, rather than "let's do this together", is simply repeating the same errors of the past. Putting "leaders" up upon "pedestals" are the seeds of tyranny. We, all of us around the globe, really must get a firm handle on what the American Founding Fathers actually created in the mid to latter 18th century: a government that is "Republican in Form". I believe my memoir explains this in detail. But, briefly, it's quite simple: everything done in the name of the People must be done via declaration - originating from those very same People (from the County Deputy Seat down to the National Deputy Seat - not vise versa) . If the document is not in "declarative form" (or Republican in Form) it is not from the People. Now look at that U.S. constitution again. In law a "preamble" is NOT an "Enacting Clause".
If there ever was a time to pull all of this together, globally, it is now. And it may be necessary for some major migrations to get enough people into one County who are on the same wavelength to properly "engage" the process. I have no doubt that one County doing it right will be the catalyst for a massive chain reaction.
Cheers,
Ricardo
